This Catholic School, in cooperation with the family, the parish, and the local community aims at the realization of each student's potential as a Christian individual living in society, capable of performing a meaningful role in the context of the family and the community.

With the help of the latest advances in education, Pope John XXIII High School devotes itself to the harmonious development of the intellectual, physical, moral, spiritual, and aesthetic powers of its students. The school endeavors, by means of a thorough education of the student's natural abilities, to cultivate in them a mature sense of responsibility toward ennobling their own lives and toward pursuing a mature Christian life style.

As members of society, the students at Pope John XXIII High School receive training in academic disciplines necessary to become knowledgeable members of a democracy. A strong sense of moral values and a development of patriotism and social responsibility, accepted by personal choice, are the ultimate goals, enabling each student to effect a better society.

Pope John XXIII High School is guided by the basic democratic principle that each child is entitled to equality of opportunity. At the same time, however, the basic principle of individual difference is not neglected. The child learns his or her own capabilities and limitations and advances to a new standard of maturity, growing in the understanding of the challenges and the problems of being a Catholic in a pluralistic society. The student, attaining this maturity and understanding , will, in promoting the Christian transformation of the world through the gospel spirit of freedom and charity, contribute to the good of society and the Church as a whole.
