The Catholic Academy of Sussex County’s Long Range Strategic Plan is the culmination of months of thoughtful analysis, collaboration, and commitment from administrators, faculty, students, parents, alumni, and community stakeholders. Beginning in November 2025, the Strategic Planning Committee and its Pillar Committees worked together to identify the priorities that will strengthen our Academy and advance our mission.
This plan is more than a vision for the future—it is a roadmap for action. Moving forward, the five strategic pillars will help guide our decisions, focus our resources, and shape initiatives across our three schools. Through ongoing implementation, evaluation, and collaboration, we will turn these priorities into meaningful progress and continued growth.
