Pope John Student Spotlight: Collin Mills '21

We at Pope John XXIII Regional High School want to share with you our “Pope John Student Spotlight” series in which we recognize our students’ talents and achievements! Today, we want to showcase Collin Mills!

A Lafayette resident, Collin is a junior who has demonstrated a wide variety of talents inside and outside of Pope John. Collin is a nice, respectful and hard-working person who has earned First Honors in the classroom and is currently taking courses such as AP Environmental Science, AP US History, Honors English III, Honors Physics, Anatomy/Physiology, and Personal Finance. Collin is a member of the Pope John Players technical crew, Habitat for Humanity club, Green Team, and boys volleyball team. Outside of school, Collin plays volleyball for Garden State Elite Volleyball Club, enjoys running, and has volunteered in the past for Uplift Humanity. Collin has recently been nominated by Uplift Humanity for the organization’s Volunteer of the Year award for his efforts while on a mission trip to Mumbai, India. Collin also works as a lifeguard for Lake Iliff in Andover in the summer and has begun the process of earning a private pilot license. In the future, Collin wants to become a pilot.
