Pope John Student Spotlight: Danielle Kelly '23

We at Pope John XXIII Regional High School want to share with you our “Pope John Student Spotlight” series in which we recognize our students’ talents and achievements! Today, we want to showcase Danielle Kelly!

A Sparta resident, Danielle is a sophomore who has demonstrated great talents inside and outside of Pope John. Danielle is a nice, respectful, and hard-working student who has earned Distinguished Honors in the classroom and is currently taking courses such as Honors Chemistry, Honors Spanish III, Algebra II Accelerated, Honors English II, Art II, and US History I. Danielle is also a member of the Key Club, Mental Health Awareness Club, field hockey team, and track and field team. Danielle also had two of her artworks earn selections at the 2021 Sussex County Teen Arts Festival. Outside of school, Danielle volunteers at Our Lady of the Lake Church and a local thrift store, and also enjoys playing the ukulele.
