Incoming 9th - 12th Grade (2020-2021 School Year)

First Child:  $15,750.00

Sibling Discount (across Academy): $1,000.00 per student

Registration Fee: $500.00 is payable upon acceptance to Pope John

New Catholic Academy students only — non-refundable

 

**Initial Deposit: New Catholic Academy students only 10% net tuition deposit — due by April 20, 2020 or upon tuition setup

 

**HOWEVER, if a student withdraws after June 1, preceding the annual school year, up to 10% of tuition is considered non-refundable.

Tuition: $10,500.00

Merit Scholarships are awarded to 9th Grade applicants each year. The scholarships are awarded on the basis of demonstrated academic performance and the results of the Pope John entrance/placement/scholarship exam. The number of scholarships and amount awarded varies based on the number of eligible applicants and the allotted budget for that year.

Financial Aid is awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need and it is strongly recommended that interested families apply early to ensure full consideration. Awards are granted only to qualified students who are most in need of financial assistance.


New Families: 

New families may complete the financial aid application process for the 2020-2021 school year between November 1, 2019 and March 1, 2020 by completing the FACTS Financial Aid Application Form online.

Financial aid requests will be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee. All families that complete the financial aid process will receive a financial aid notification in the acceptance packet.

 

Any new families applying for financial aid after the March 1, 2020 deadline will be considered on a rolling basis as funding permits.

Continuing Families:

Continuing families must re-apply every year for financial aid by submitting the FACTS Financial Aid Form as well as the required supporting documents. The application process may be completed between January 6, 2020 and March 1, 2020.

Plan I: Full payment of tuition on or before June 20, 2020.

Plan II: Quarterly installments due June 2020, Sept. 2020, Dec. 2020 and March 2021

Plan III: Monthly installments - allows the tuition to be paid in installments through Facts Tuition. Monthly payments begin in June 2020.
